Refund policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026. Written so a student can understand it.
7-day unused refund
If you upgrade to Student or Pro and generate almost nothing (no lecture transcription and at most one study pack) within 7 days, email support@mokiplay.com and we will refund that charge. After heavy audio use, refunds are not automatic because transcription has a real cost.
What is not refunded
Forgetting to cancel before renewal is not a refund reason. Cancel at least a day before the renewal date shown in Billing. You keep access until the period you already paid for ends, and your library remains readable after that.
How to ask
Email support@mokiplay.com from the same address as your account. Include the date of the charge. Stripe refunds typically return to the original payment method in 5–10 business days.
