Billing and cancellation

Student is $4.99 every month or $39 every year. Pro is $9.99 every month or $79 every year. Free is $0. There are no weekly plans.

How you are billed

Stripe Checkout collects payment. You will see the amount, cadence (monthly or annual), and product name before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at that same amount until you cancel.

Renewal reminder

In the app, a banner appears within 3 days of renewal. When email delivery is configured, we also send a reminder to your account email.

How to cancel

1. Open Billing.
2. Choose Manage billing — this opens the Stripe customer portal.
3. Cancel the subscription and confirm. Keep the confirmation.

If you subscribed on the web, cancel in the portal — not by deleting the site from your phone home screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid, unless Stripe says otherwise on that screen.

After you cancel

You return to Free limits for new AI work. Notes, flashcards, quizzes, and tutor history you already created stay in your library.

If something is wrong

If a charge looks wrong, or Manage billing does not open, email support@mokiplay.com from your account address.
