Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026. This policy applies to the StudyProofs web app, wherever it is served from.

1. What we collect

Account email, name, hashed password, billing identifiers from Stripe (we do not store full card numbers), uploaded study files, generated notes/cards/quizzes, usage counters, and basic device/path analytics needed to run the product.

2. How we use it

To authenticate you, generate study materials from your uploads, meter plan limits, process subscriptions, send billing/renewal notices, debug errors, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing

Subprocessors: hosting, database, email, Stripe payments, and AI model providers that process your uploaded text to generate study materials. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Retention

Your library remains until you delete it or request account deletion. After deletion we may keep billing records as required for tax. Reasonable storage and security policies apply.

5. Security

TLS in transit, hashed passwords, session cookies (httpOnly). No system is perfectly secure. Report issues to support@mokiplay.com.

6. Children

StudyProofs is built for U.S. college students. It is not directed to children under 16.

Messages to this address, and our replies, are kept so we can answer you and fix problems. Routine questions (cancelling, upload limits, the free trial, how answers are checked) get an automatic reply written in advance; anything else is read by a person. Our email provider delivers and stores the messages for us.
