Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-27 · Informational placeholder — not legal advice
Important: This page is an informational draft for product transparency. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by counsel. Final launch copy must be confirmed by the Owner.
By using Amber AI (“Amber,” “we,” “the service”) you agree to these placeholder terms. The service provides AI-assisted planning, coordination, and recommendations through Headquarters and related dashboard tools. You remain responsible for published content, business decisions, and compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.
The service
Amber is an AI Business Operating System — Headquarters, vault, billing, security, and operational workflows. Amber is not a website builder. Features available to you depend on your plan and organization role. Demo or incomplete environments may show labeled demonstration data.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Organization Owners and Admins control member roles via /dashboard/users. You may not share accounts in a way that bypasses RBAC or billing controls.
Acceptable use
Do not use Amber to violate law, third-party terms of service, or the rights of others. Do not store credentials you are not authorized to manage. Do not attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls. Do not upload malware or abuse the API.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until canceled, subject to the pricing shown at /pricing and in /dashboard/billing. Overage AI usage may be billed per your plan limits. Refunds, if any, follow the policy stated at purchase or in a separate order form — this draft does not invent a refund guarantee.
AI recommendations
Amber recommendations are informational. Outcomes depend on your execution, creative quality, market conditions, and third-party platforms. Humans approve production and publish actions when safe mode / approval gates are enabled.
Data and vault
Our handling of personal and organizational data is described in the Privacy Policy. Vault contents remain your responsibility; encrypt them with a properly configured master key in production.
Subprocessors
We may rely on hosting, database, email, and payment providers to deliver the service. See the Privacy Policy for the subprocessors note. A definitive list will ship with production legal review.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amber and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on AI output. Aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or a nominal amount if you are on a free plan). This is a placeholder cap pending counsel review.
Governing law (placeholder)
Pending Owner confirmation, these terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and dispute procedures will be specified after legal review.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes should be communicated through the product or email when accounts exist.
