1. Answer a structured questionnaire
Company details, data practices (collection, sale, sharing), sensitive-data handling, profiling and automated-decision use, and existing consumer-rights processes. Every field is optional — an unanswered field is reported as insufficient information, never assumed.
2. Deterministic rule matching
Your answers are matched against a versioned rule pack built directly from the signed text of Delaware HB 380 and HB 381 — no AI model makes the legal call. Each rule carries its statutory citation, effective date, and official source.
3. Optional privacy-policy & site scan
Submit a URL or paste policy text. The scanner checks for required disclosures (categories collected, sale/sharing language, consumer rights, opt-out mechanisms, automated-decision disclosure) and shows the actual evidence — or explicitly says a disclosure was not found, never that it's absent because the page couldn't be read.
4. Automated Readiness Score + findings
A 0–100 score plus a categorized list of findings (critical/high/medium/low/informational/unverified) — each with a plain-language explanation, the rule it maps to, and a recommended action. Never a certification of legal compliance.
5. Report — JSON, HTML, or PDF
Export the full report for your records or to share with counsel. Every report records the exact rule-pack version it was generated against, so historical reports stay reproducible even after the rules update.
