Service 6 of 10: live report, pilot addition
Website Health, Accessibility and Booking-Form Check
The Website Snapshot Report, live at $49, with a new pilot check of your booking and contact forms.
Booking and contact forms quietly put people off: missing labels, the wrong field types, too many fields, and no sign the message went through.
Pilot. This is a pilot: a small, hands-on version of the service while we learn what works for buyers. It is not a finished product. A person reviews every report before it goes to you.
Not taking orders yet. Before we can offer this pilot: the form check has only been run on invented pages so far, not on real websites, and saving each page for the check is still done by hand. The Website Snapshot Report itself is live and can be ordered with the link on this page. You can leave your details below and we will write when it is ready. Nothing is charged, and no order is taken until then.
Who it is for
Small businesses whose website takes bookings or inquiries: clinics, salons, trades, studios.
What you get
- The Website Snapshot Report: up to 5 public pages checked from their HTML for five common accessibility problems, basic site-health items, and a plain-English fix checklist.
- Pilot addition: each booking or contact form checked for field labels, field types (phone, email, date), required markers, the number of fields, the submit wording, spam protection and a confirmation message, each with a suggested fix.
See a sample made from invented data, produced by the same code a pilot uses, with the quality checks it passed.
The pilot
- Up to 5 public pages and the forms on them.
What you send
- Up to five page addresses, including your booking or contact page.
- Confirmation that you own the site or are authorized to ask for the checks.
- We read the public pages. For the form check we may ask you to save a page as HTML if we cannot read it.
What it is not
- Not a WCAG, ADA, legal, security or compliance audit, and not a certification of any kind.
- No form is submitted and nothing on your site is changed.
- Public pages only: no logins or admin areas.
Price
$49 for up to 5 pages. The Website Snapshot Report's own price. Once the form check is offered it is added at no extra charge during the pilot.
The report itself is live: Order the $49 Website Snapshot Report on Ko-fi (you pay on Ko-fi first, then answer the questions in its request box). The pilot form check is not part of that order yet; ask below and we will write when it is.
Nothing is charged on this page, and this pilot is not taking orders yet. If you tell us you are interested, a person reads it; it is not an order.
Tell us you are interested
Send only what the pilot needs. Your files are used only to prepare your report, are kept for up to 60 days after the pilot so we can answer questions, and are deleted sooner when you ask. We never log into your systems for a pilot.
