Pilot service 4 of 10
Receipt and Invoice Match Review
A month of card and bank transactions matched to receipts and invoices, with every exception explained for your bookkeeper.
Month-end close stalls on missing receipts, amounts that do not match, and charges nobody recognizes.
Pilot. This is a pilot: a small, hands-on version of the service while we learn what works for buyers. It is not a finished product. A person reviews every report before it goes to you.
Ready for a paid pilot. We ran this pilot from start to finish on invented test data and read the result (2026-10-11); a person still reviews every report before it goes to you. The terms are below.
Who it is for
Bookkeepers, and owners of small businesses who chase missing receipts at month end.
What you get
- Matched pairs: each transaction with its receipt or invoice.
- Exceptions, each explained: payments with no document, documents with no payment found, amounts that differ (a tip or a partial payment), possible duplicate charges or invoices, and documents in another currency.
- For each exception, the question your bookkeeper needs to decide.
See a sample made from invented data, produced by the same code a pilot uses, with the quality checks it passed.
The pilot
- One month: up to 300 transactions and their receipts and invoices.
What you send
- A transaction export (CSV) for the month from your bank or card account.
- The month's receipts and invoices as an export from your receipt tool, or a spreadsheet with supplier, date, total and invoice number. PDFs and photos are not read in this pilot.
What it is not
- Read-only: nothing is categorized, posted or changed in your books.
- No tax advice, and no decisions about how anything is treated.
- No contact with your vendors.
- Rows that cannot be read are listed, never guessed.
Pilot price
$99 for one month of one business (bookkeepers: $149 for three client-months). A test price for the pilot. It may change after the first pilots.
Nothing is charged on this page. If the pilot fits, we confirm the scope and the price with you by email before you send any files, and the delivery date before you pay. You pay nothing until we have checked that your files can be read.
Pilot terms
- Scope. One month: up to 300 transactions and their receipts and invoices.
- Price. $99 for one month of one business (bookkeepers: $149 for three client-months). A test price for the pilot. It may change after the first pilots.
- Turnaround. Target: your report within 3 business days after we have your payment and files we can read. We confirm the delivery date in writing before you pay; it is a target, not a promise.
- Payment. You pay once, after the scope, the price and the delivery date have been agreed with you in writing and we have checked that your files can be read. We send one payment request by email, and your report is prepared and sent once the payment arrives. Nothing is charged on this page, and nothing is charged until you pay that request.
- Refunds. If we cannot produce your report from the files you send, and you cannot send others we can read, you get a full refund. Once a report has been delivered there is no refund, because the work has been done. If your pilot has more than one delivery, the refund covers the deliveries not yet made. If only some of your files can be read, the report covers those and lists the rest as not read.
- Delivery. Your report arrives by email, reviewed by a person: a web page you can open in any browser, and the lists as spreadsheet (CSV) files. We send nothing to your customers and change nothing in your systems.
- Your data. We use your files only to prepare your report. We keep them and the report for up to 60 days so we can answer questions, then delete them, or sooner if you ask. We do not sell your data.
- Your side. By sending files you confirm they are yours to share with us.
Ask about this pilot
Send only what the pilot needs. Your files are used only to prepare your report, are kept for up to 60 days after the pilot so we can answer questions, and are deleted sooner when you ask. We never log into your systems for a pilot.
