Who it is for
Owners and office managers of home-service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, cleaning, landscaping) that take work by phone and web form.
What you get
- A list of every missed call and website inquiry with no recorded reply, most urgent and oldest first, with the reason for each urgency flag.
- Repeat calls from the same number grouped into one lead, with the number of attempts.
- When your missed calls cluster by time of day, and how long replies took for the leads that did get one.
- A draft text or email reply for each open lead, written for you to review, edit and send yourself.
- Calls that mention a safety problem (gas smell, smoke, sparking) listed for a call back by a person, with no written draft.

The pilot

What you send
- A call-log export (CSV) from your phone provider for the period.
- Your website form submissions as a spreadsheet or CSV export.
- Replies you already made (outbound calls, sent texts or emails), so those leads are not listed again.
- Your business hours, services and the name to sign drafts with.
What it is not
- Amber does not call, text or email your customers. You send any reply yourself.
- No connection to your phone system, website or CRM: you send exports.
- No call answering and no text-message registration.
- Drafts never promise prices or arrival times.
Pilot price
$199 for the two-week pilot (three lists). A test price for the pilot. It may change after the first pilots.
Nothing is charged on this page. If the pilot fits, we confirm the scope and the price with you by email before you send any files, and the delivery date before you pay. You pay nothing until we have checked that your files can be read.
Pilot terms
- Scope. One location. Your last 30 days of calls and web inquiries, then two weekly refreshes from new exports: three lists over two weeks. Up to 500 calls and 100 web inquiries per export.
- Price. $199 for the two-week pilot (three lists). A test price for the pilot. It may change after the first pilots.
- Turnaround. Target: the first list within 3 business days after we have your payment and files we can read, then each following one within 2 business days of that week's export. We confirm the delivery date in writing before you pay; it is a target, not a promise.
- Payment. You pay once, after the scope, the price and the delivery date have been agreed with you in writing and we have checked that your files can be read. We send one payment request by email, and your report is prepared and sent once the payment arrives. Nothing is charged on this page, and nothing is charged until you pay that request.
- Refunds. If we cannot produce your report from the files you send, and you cannot send others we can read, you get a full refund. Once a report has been delivered there is no refund, because the work has been done. If your pilot has more than one delivery, the refund covers the deliveries not yet made. If only some of your files can be read, the report covers those and lists the rest as not read.
- Delivery. Your report arrives by email, reviewed by a person: a web page you can open in any browser, and the lists as spreadsheet (CSV) files. We send nothing to your customers and change nothing in your systems.
- Your data. We use your files only to prepare your report. We keep them and the report for up to 60 days so we can answer questions, then delete them, or sooner if you ask. We do not sell your data.
- Your side. By sending files you confirm they are yours to share with us.
