Pilot service 9 of 10
Product Catalog Cleanup and Cross-Store Check
Two stores' product exports checked for missing fields, bad barcodes, and price or stock differences, with proposed fixes.
Prices, titles and stock drift apart between stores, and missing barcodes or images get listings rejected.
Pilot. This is a pilot: a small, hands-on version of the service while we learn what works for buyers. It is not a finished product. A person reviews every report before it goes to you.
Ready for a paid pilot. We ran this pilot from start to finish on invented test data and read the result (2026-10-11); a person still reviews every report before it goes to you. The terms are below.
Who it is for
E-commerce sellers on two or more sales channels, such as an online store plus a marketplace, with 100 to 5,000 SKUs.
What you get
- Missing required fields per store: barcode, images, description.
- Barcodes that fail the check-digit test.
- Duplicate SKUs, SKUs in one store only, and price or stock differences between stores.
- Titles over a store's length limit, and inconsistent variant names (XL, X-Large, Extra Large).
- A proposed-changes sheet (store, SKU, field, current value, proposed value, reason) you review and apply yourself in your own stores. It is a review sheet, not a ready-made import file for either store.
See a sample made from invented data, produced by the same code a pilot uses, with the quality checks it passed.
The pilot
- Up to 1,000 SKUs across two stores; one report.
What you send
- A product export (CSV) from each store.
- In the pilot your online store is the source of truth: a difference between the stores is resolved toward it, and the marketplace listing is what we propose to change.
What it is not
- Nothing is changed in your stores, and no store login is needed.
- No pricing decisions: differences are listed for you to decide.
- Not marketplace-policy or legal advice.
Pilot price
$99 for one report on up to 1,000 SKUs. A test price for the pilot. It may change after the first pilots.
Nothing is charged on this page. If the pilot fits, we confirm the scope and the price with you by email before you send any files, and the delivery date before you pay. You pay nothing until we have checked that your files can be read.
Pilot terms
- Scope. Up to 1,000 SKUs across two stores; one report.
- Price. $99 for one report on up to 1,000 SKUs. A test price for the pilot. It may change after the first pilots.
- Turnaround. Target: your report within 3 business days after we have your payment and files we can read. We confirm the delivery date in writing before you pay; it is a target, not a promise.
- Payment. You pay once, after the scope, the price and the delivery date have been agreed with you in writing and we have checked that your files can be read. We send one payment request by email, and your report is prepared and sent once the payment arrives. Nothing is charged on this page, and nothing is charged until you pay that request.
- Refunds. If we cannot produce your report from the files you send, and you cannot send others we can read, you get a full refund. Once a report has been delivered there is no refund, because the work has been done. If your pilot has more than one delivery, the refund covers the deliveries not yet made. If only some of your files can be read, the report covers those and lists the rest as not read.
- Delivery. Your report arrives by email, reviewed by a person: a web page you can open in any browser, and the lists as spreadsheet (CSV) files. We send nothing to your customers and change nothing in your systems.
- Your data. We use your files only to prepare your report. We keep them and the report for up to 60 days so we can answer questions, then delete them, or sooner if you ask. We do not sell your data.
- Your side. By sending files you confirm they are yours to share with us.
Ask about this pilot
Send only what the pilot needs. Your files are used only to prepare your report, are kept for up to 60 days after the pilot so we can answer questions, and are deleted sooner when you ask. We never log into your systems for a pilot.
